Mawaddah Int’l Groups’ sister company Nesma Advanced Technology is licensed by the ministry of Hajj (which is the government body that oversees Umrah regulation) to own and operate its own electronic visa processing facility, known as “Mokhaa”, from its offices in Jeddah. This facility enables Mawaddah to issue visas to its clients within a mere 48-hour period.

With its professional and well trained staff, Mawaddah has hosted hundreds of thousands of religious visitors from all 7 continents to the holy sites. These visitors are met and assisted at their airport of arrival, provided with comfortable means of transport and accommodated at the Mawaddah hotel of their choosing. On completion of their visit, they are transported back to the airport for their return journey to their countries.

Mawaddah’s operating system is made up of all the ingredients that are driven to demand for our hotels. These include our marketing and advertising campaigns i.e. Toll free call centers that are available 24/7, Websites, Brochures, Calendars, TV Advertisements, Billboards, amongst others.
